I had the opportunity to witness the manager of this store being generous and kind in a situation that would have been very unpleasant to any other person, especially a female. She had to deal with a very scary and unusual customer. This customer was completely aggressive and out of control. The manager handled the situation with patience and grace. She never lost her cool and was respectful to a customer that didn’t deserve it at the time. The customer was having a really bad day, I guess and took it completely out on this manager. I wish I knew who this lady’s boss is because I would like to tell them how fortunate they are to have her. All of my business in batesville will be done at this store from now on.
