- After the laws changed here in Arkansas, i was afraid I'd have to drive to Missouri to get a good vape. Not only does Mr. Smoke carry numerous types of mods, they carry numerous types of parts and even glass pieces and other related items. The selection here is the best in town right now and I have nothing but good things to say about all of the workers. They are all very respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. I recommend this shop to everyone.
- Overall, I give Mr. Smoke 3 stars. Their selection is consistent, but customer service is hit-or-miss. The last two times I visited the Garland location, I was treated rudely by the young men working there—enough to make me wonder: Is customer service a lost art? Ty (spelling?) had a notably condescending attitude, but seemed concerned the moment I asked his name. Frankly, I expect better service from a business I’ve supported for years. That said, Brennan and Faith at the North College location completely turned things around. They were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make a stressful evening end on a positive note. Huge thanks to them for restoring my faith in the business!
- Tyler was fantastic very knowledgeable and spent the time to help us with our questions. He went above and beyond in customer service and the whole experience was fantastic, unlike some other shops in town.
- Horribly leaky cart and no exchange provided. $30 product leaked out overnight. Granted we did leave the store, but proof of purchase was in the account. They argue that the reason they can’t refund is because we could’ve just brought in a cart from a different purchase but my response to that is that proof of purchases are held in accounts and this was our first experience even buying anything from this store and they would’ve seen it was the recent and our only purchase. I asked if she could call the owner and she stated that he is in Brazil. So I guess just because the owner is in Brazil, he cannot be bothered to know about customer’s questions with the store? Does someone really just let their business go if they’re out of the country? The manager offered $35% off after invalidating that they carry leaky carts. She stated she’s never seen that brand ever leak. Perhaps that’s a personal truth for her, but we couldn’t take up the 35% discount until later that day because we had spent the last $30 we had allocated for that stuff for the moment and it was a complete waste. We got 0 product out of it. When we returned later that night we requested the discount, bought another one, and it also leaked out right in front of them and had to try another one. Until we’re offered a real way to make it right or they make a chance to slightly lighten up their return policy, I couldn’t be bothered to come back.
