- Today was a complete waste of my time. I had to drive back twice in one day because of mistakes he made. First, he gave me 0mg vape juice when I clearly asked for 3mg. Then, even after I showed him exactly which coils I needed, he still sold me the wrong ones. When I came back the second time to fix it, he gave me coils that would actually work—but still had the nerve to charge me an extra $2 for his own mistake. It’s not just about the money—it’s about basic customer service. This experience was frustrating, careless, and unprofessional. Do better.
- They have a huge selection of vapes, but I never heard of most of the brands. I am more of a geek bar type of guy, although I do like Raz. They don't carry geek bar, and their selection of Raz flavors was minimal. Thankfully they did have a flavor I have tried before and prefer over the others. The prices are reasonable, also
- I've been in once. I really like the atmosphere & I had been looking for coils that were almost impossible to find in the N. Little Rock area or Sherwood. I was pleased with the whole selection of coils that they had. Very friendly service.
- Couldn't find my old review and I want to make sure people see this. I bought a glycerine filled waterpipe and bowl set and not an hour later the bowl was broken in what's clearly a manufacturing defect. I was given the run around for about 2 weeks before I finally got a manager. After spending $100 on one single defective item the manager expected me to come out of pocket for a "discounted" bowl. Now I don't shop here, i went from spending over $100 a month here on vape juice, devices and blunt wraps to just going to one of either superior vape stores in the area. Removing reviews is a nasty way of doing business if you can't keep your reviews up without being deceitful you probably are just a bad business person.
