- I’ve been a loyal customer of the Arizona Smokers Shop for quite some time because the staff is always friendly and treats me exceptionally well. I even make the extra drive just to visit them and usually tip generously. However, my most recent visit left me disappointed. After a 10-15 minute back-and-forth discussion about receiving the wrong product, I was told I had to pay an additional $70 to get the correct amount of tablets. This would have made the total $170 for 900mg, instead of the advertised $100. I believe the situation could have been handled much more fairly, and it left me feeling taken advantage of. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide not to return
