- Update: so I should have updated this a long time ago but spaced it until I went in today. After my not so great encounter, I returned quite a few times because they were the only smoke shop with the flavor I wanted, but never saw that specific man again. Today the manager/owner asked me if I was the one who left a bad review. I was honest and said “yes” and explained the situation. The man that was rude to me wasn’t an actual employee and is no longer there. I was told to always go to Steve with any future issues and he apologized for what happened to me. The guy I always see is great too. Today I was impressed with the accountability and the sincerity when he apologized. For that reason and the fact I haven’t had an issue since, I’m updating my review to give them the credit they deserve! Thanks Steve! I truly appreciate you! OLD REVIEW: I went into the store to purchase a Lost Mary. I already knew exactly what I wanted so he grabbed it and we went to the little clover kiosk to pay. For some reason my card wasn’t accepting my pin. I tried twice and then decided I would log into the app to reset my pin. All of this took place in about 30 seconds. In the meantime another woman walked in and I stepped to the side so he could help her. The mobile service in that area is total crap, so I was having issues logging into my account. I stepped outside to get better service and finally unlocked one of my cards. I walked back inside, the gentleman put the cost into the machine and I put my card in. I said “thank you I appreciate it”and proceeded to leave. On the way out of the door he says “make sure I you can pay BEFORE you come in next time”….like it was intentional. The comment was totally unnecessary and it was just the way he said it. So rude. I only went into the smoke shop because my normal smoke shop was out of what I wanted. I won’t go back there when that guy is there. Glad everyone else had a good experience.

- Real nice guy! Was speaking with him when someone else walked in and interrupted us and started to cause an issue. The owner remained calm and kindly told him the laws and then returned to help me without bringing the stress from that interaction into our interaction. A+++
