- Shop employees just sitting around watching tv. Products are a mess. Person at the front counter doesn’t even know what kind of vapes they carry. Wouldn’t even look at me he was so focused on the television. Will spend my money elsewhere
- I've been going here for 8 years now in my opinion it's the best vape shop! The guys are friendly and go out of their way to help you get what you want
- First time in the shop and the last! As they do have a lot of products but customer service wasn’t there, as I walked in the guy says what’s up, then says what do you need I tell him walk back to the area, hard to see prices couldn’t see the flavors he wasn’t to eager to help, over priced! I’ll go back to my other shop from now on!
- NOT SO GREAT ANYMORE. Always had great service shopping here. the last three times I’ve shopped here I’ve had the worst experience at a vape/ smoke shop in my last 10 years vaping. The kids working at the counter have no care in the world, don’t want to be bothered, can’t help with recommending a product if they are out of one. Never know what they are selling and couldn’t care less on how the shop is doing. I don’t expect the employees to be happy and jumping around in joy. But when we get the vide from the employees of just shut up, don’t care if you buy something and get the f out the store vibe. It really sucks. I hope the owner reads this and takes a look at how the employees are representing the company and community. Until something changes, my coworkers and I will be driving a few extra miles to avoid this negative place. It hurts because I always loved and recommended Habitz smoke and vape. I just can’t do that anymore. Maybe one day I’ll stop in to see if things changed or not.
