- Every time I come in and I am dealing with Baeley my experience is amazing! But if Ethan or anyone else is there it is awful! The price is never the same unless Baeley is there and it’s just so unprofessional and ridiculous! The previous owner was so much better with his customers and actually having things in stock! One time while dealing with Ethan I bought 2 dr.peppers then get in my truck and then get home and noticed after doing the math that I just spent 9$ on 2 cans of soda. I honestly wouldn’t recommend going there unless Baeley is there.
- I went to Up High Smoke-shop to purchase an ecig by a particular brand, at the recommendation of my daughter while I was visiting her in Scottsdale. She buys the same brand and said that is the place she usually goes. When I arrived and told the clerk what I was looking for, he said, “Nope, they had been discontinued,.”, which was surprising to hear as it is a very popular brand (and, I have seen them plentifully available before and since.) It was about 9:30pm and I didn’t want to find another place that night as I was tired and unfamiliar with the town. So, I asked his opinion on a brand he did have that would be similar. He had seemed irritated by my presence since the moment I walked in the store. He sighed, and in an exasperated tone, showed me the shelves containing a similar brand. There were probably 50 flavors and I couldn’t read them clearly from my side of the counter, so I told him the flavor I liked in my usual brand and could he tell me if this one had a similar flavor or a flavor he recommended. He said, “No we are out of that flavor and I have no idea what to recommend because I only smoke weed, so your guess is as good as mine.” At this point, I felt uncomfortable as his tone was growing from “irritated” to almost hostile. I just wanted to get out of there so I scanned the shelves for ANY flavor I could make out from where I was standing , purchased it, and got the hell out of there. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on the customer service I received. You may arrive at a time when a different employee is working and have a perfectly fine experience. I have never left a bad review, because I usually give the benefit of the doubt to any establishment. I don’t like to hurt a business’ overall rating due to one encounter. My thought is that I would only ever give a bad review if I had multiple negative experiences. However, in this case, I actually felt shaken by the time I left and was visibly upset to my husband when I returned to the car.
