- Horrible customer service! Went in had a long haired brunette gentleman walk from the back not saying a word and not answering the phone when I had try to call prior. Barely would make eye contact, could not clearly show us where all the product was because I found what we wanted as I was walking out. Was seemingly irritated by me asking prices, almost like I was a complete moron that I didn’t know them. I never leave bad reviews because I work in the service industry and yet it was so bad I had to. Super over priced compared to most shops in the area. If I was the owner I would seriously consider replacing the guy because I will never return because he was so absolutely uninterested, uninviting, and seemed as though I bothered his day. Figure it out… more happy less annoyed.
- Allegedly open at 10 on Sundays homie didn’t walk up til 10:22. Didn’t say word to the obvious person waiting and went in closed and locked the door behind him. Didn’t apologize or anything when I got in or offer any discount for inconvenience. Don’t shop here and get your glass at places that actually know how to run a customer facing business.
