- Been going here for a while now picked up 6 tapes yesterday 2 didn't work just brought them back the girl behind the counter said she can't take them back that it is not there fault then she can give me one and a discount on the second one, so basically I'm beat out of my money will never return again.
- I’ve been coming here for years, but my last visit was very disappointing. The new employee (long reddish-brown hair in a bun) told me they didn’t have products I buy all the time, then backtracked only when another employee intervened. The whole thing felt like I was being gatekept from items I regularly purchase, which made the experience unnecessarily uncomfortable and came off as really unprofessional.
