- GREAT place!! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they always have stock! Met the owner today, he’s a very nice, easy to engage with guy that truly values his customers. I highly recommend checking this place out and becoming a regular.
- This shop sold us products that are defective and which they knew were defective. The two products began leaking immediately and one of them looks like it burst at the bottom. We took them back to the store within a couple hours. They refused to return it. Justin who was working at the time refused to call a manager and was downright rude and arrogant. He stood there with his arms folded over his chest and said “it’s a manufacturer defect and it’s not our problem.” He basically told us tough crap once you leave the store you're screwed. Never will shop here again. They've lost a regular customer and I'll make sure they lose more. I promise the fog and smoke shop that I will let every one I know and every one I don't not to deal with these crooks. FYI Fog & Smoke Shop: refusing to accept return of a defective product is illegal. Federal law requires refunds if the product is defective. I’m not talking about small variations or cosmetic defects. I’m talking about a REAL problem with the product's safety and functionality that conflicts 100% with the product's advertising. Your employee told us the vape was good for 10,000+ vapes. It didn’t even make 10. I believe this store knows this product is defective and is trying to get rid of this merchandise.

- Matt is simply fantastic. He’s always super nice and has great customer service. Also I must say the best prices around. Lately anytime I go a smoke shop the prices are unreal, but Fog Smoke& Vapes has a lot better prices then many others around.
