- The first time I went there was ok service but could've had more customer-friendly service given they just opened their new store I was ok…. The second time visiting the store 2 out of the 3 workers were cool and helpful but the same one from the last visit has no customer service at all. I walked out 5 minutes after I purchased a sealed bag of snacks. wanted to return it because I didn't realize it cost almost $20.00. I didn't know the price of it because I also purchased almost $200 worth of product along with it. She instead did not refund me with a little attitude. I told the other worker she didn't do anything wrong and had nothing to do with what was happening. The bottom line people tend to forget what brings customers back and word of mouth has a lot of power in doing so. I work with customers all day at my job and they come first as far as trying my best to make sure they get the service they ask for or deserve. I will never shop there again and I will let people know about my experience at that store if ever questioned. Stores don't make customers, customers make a store.
- Decent store but zero customer service. Didn't realize my Elfbar didn't work until i got to the car and had to walk all the way back. Not one word from the worker when she took the defective product, not a word when she handed he another one.
- I can always count on them to provide me with what I need. Even if an item I prefer is out of stock at the time, the team here always put their best efforts and introducing me into other products for my satisfaction. I never walk away from here disappointed.
