- I purchased a scale earlier today because I spilt water on mine last night and it wasn’t working. I asked the cashier for the receipt in case I got home and my scale worked, which of course it did. When trying to return the scale I was directed to a small sign on the counter that says all sales are final. I understand policy and especially how pipes and such would be non returnable, but an un-opened scale? The cashier implied that I could return it based off our brief conversation, it is possible I my have inferred this. I just wish that it was much more clearly told to customers your policy. I don’t want the employee to get in any trouble they were great! I just hope that in the future it is made more clear to customers.
