- I purchased an item in the guy that sold it to me said it doesn’t look like it’s in the wrapper, but it’s really there when I got home. There was nothing in there. Take me absolutely nothing and charge me for an item and when I called to let him know that there was nothing in there. He hung up on me and told me Basically called me a liar don’t do business with people because they obviously don’t care about their customers and they steal from me
- The place seemed nice, until I got a vape that taste expired, like old or out dated. Took two inhales and it's new! When I tried to see If I could return the item $24.99 plus tax with everything still intact they denied me. It was new product they had! I left more disappointed as the GM told me that is just the risk I have to take. You're right, its a risk for me not to come back. There are better locations that treat there customers with better importance. I had never experienced such harsh treatment in my entire life, then she called me sweety which excuse me I am an adult, I did not approach the situation hostile until she started calling me sweetie as though talking down on me! This is no way you should treat your customers! But it is your business you can do what you want to do and I will take my business elsewhere!
