- This place scammed us out of $100. Bought 4 vapes that were all broken. We checked them immediately so this wasn’t a case where we took them home for days. We went back inside less that 5 minutes later. The associate said we could get a refund when the owner returned and the associate took our broken vapes and wrote on the back of the receipt. Now the owner will not refund our money and kept the product. No vapes no money. We had to file a complaint with the District Attorney’s consumer protection agency!! Don’t deal with these people. Their products are crap and won’t replace them.
- Highly recommend so I drove 45 minutes expecting a good experience . Being new to vaping and don't know too much about the flavors they recommended a flavor and they said I won't go wrong that I would love the flavor. When I opened it up and tried it I DIDN'T like and proceeded to go back in the store to tell them that and it's 26$ I spent to see if I can exchange for one I could choose if I think I would like it and if not it's on me this time or if there's something they can do for me. Their response is we can't do anything for you if you don't like it. Now I'm unsatisfied cause have a vape I don't want and driving back 45 minutes without a vape I can enjoy . This place was highly recommended but I think otherwise now so it wasn't a good experience for me so I can't really recommend or probably decide not too return . Sucks to be let down for being honest and left dissatisfied!!!!
