- Went in here to buy a new vape because I lost mine I never been in here. The old man in here is extremely rude. I asked if he had any vapes and seemed annoyed with me asking. I'm also somewhat new to vaping and I don't know all of the different vapes. I asked if I needed anything else with it he said no. So I paid $30 for a vape and opened it realizing I needed cartridges, so I went back in. I apologized to him and asked do you have cartridges for the vape, unaware it was illegal for vape stores to have cartridges which is insane to me. But he said "I don't know what you are talking about?" In a very rude tone. So I explained nicely to him and he finally told me it was illegal to have cartridges and I said "oh that's odd do you know why?" He answered it was the politics in Idaho, he also replied "idk what state you live, but that's how it is here" I told him I'm not from a different state, I just told him I lost my vape while hiking and would like to buy something for the drive home I have another hour of driving after driving for half an hour already from my hiking spot. And he became even more annoyed, and he asked "like a temporary vape" and I said sure that'll work, so he showed me and preceded to ask where I lived, and I said Shoshone. And this was the weirdest part he then states "well it's only 55 miles or something." It felt like he was hinting to me "oh you can just wait so just leave" even though I hiked for 5 hours and I just wanted something help me relax and give myself something to do for the long drive, and I LOST my vape!!! I just replied "doesn't matter, can I get the strawberry flavored temporary vape?" I paid, he gave me a refund for the other one and I left. I also apologized for the inconvenience multiple times to him. That was the weirdest and most unprofessional person working in customer service that I have EVER dealt with in my life. He is a perfect way to lose new customers, I will NEVER go in that store again, especially being exhausted from a long hike and losing my vape, that was the last thing I needed. I will spend money at places that has good customer service not this place.

- The store is very tight knit and gets crowded very quickly with only a few customers. The lady behind the counter with glasses is never very friendly towards me. Glass prices are fairly expensive. I purchased a grenade ash catcher (for $60) When I could have paid $45 online. Come home to find a hairline crack in the "handle" portion of the grenade. Wasn't very happy. The grenade is still usable but I have not returned to this store since.
