- My go to. The drive up window makes it one less place I have to get out of the car while shopping or running errands, the staff there are always respectful and cool. They already know what I want and they quick confirm and I am on my way fast. Another thing I like is that when my kids are riding in the car they always with my permission offer a sucker. The kids like that. I rotate between the Blue lakes location and Washington street depending on my route and whether or not I feel like getting out of the car.

- I used to Shop at big smoke every week for a lot of cigars even though paying retail for them is painful but when you run out you run out. Had a bad experience with a very rude female clerk about three weeks ago and I posted a review and was immediately contacted by a district manager and after talking with her I retracted it. she promised to send me something in the mail and they would deal with the situation. So three weeks later nothing in the mail, no follow up, no communication. So they lost any future business from me Which averaged about $400 a month. Doubt, they really give a crap, the young man working that day was very helpful. I’m not used to being screamed at on my way out the door, very bad look for BS. And if you know how Google works, you’ll see a lot of reviewer’s on this page leaving Five stars repeatedly. Lol probably the female clerk.
