Employees were all new, wearing smiling faces, greeted me like I was a friend and it felt like the old Fightin Creek Smoke Shop again!!! I am taking down my one star review and replacing it with a 5 star review. I am completely impressed, once more, with the way the customer service is at this establishment, the friendliness, and the professionalism that I've come to know appears to be back online… Kudos to a great move by management! The new employees are so wonderful, friendly and kind! I'll be spreading the word that it's safe to come back in again… Cheers to a great business!
- Great prices but hit and miss if the credit card machines are working. Twice I’ve gone to get gas and tobacco and the card machines are down. They have a bunch of tvs to display the prices but they are never on.
- You need to find somebody who actually wants to run the deli properly. It does not matter what time of day I stop it is always closed for some reason or another. I’ve tried 10 times now and I’ll make sure I eat elsewhere before I drive this route.
