- Place is fine, but I'm almost certain they sell expired stuff. I got two 3 chi carts last I went that had black marker over it. One of them wasn't really well marked and the date on it was from last year. Had to toss it. Update: Didn't wanna do this, but I essentially lost 40 dollars because of this. They are selling expired stuff. There is usually a "Use by date" on the back of 3CHI carts. But they've either used a heavy black marker or have done what they could to scrape stuff off. It explains why they're on sale.
- My brother went to get a water pipe and spent 60 on the nicest one besides the dragon glass ones because the rest were dingy. When he got home he realized there was a broken chip where the slide goes into. If it was any other head shop they wouldn't have the piece out for sale. And it should have been checked before it was purchased since you can't return anything. Also the guy in the shop didn't seem to know much about anything, he was also very rude and seemed annoyed when speaking to us about questions. I'm surprised to see people write that the staff was polite and helpful. Also one time the computers weren't working and we didn't have exact change and they said they'd take the extra 10$ we gave them and take it off the next purchase, when this was brought up next time the guy just looked at us like we were stupid and said no that wasn't happening.
- I am impressed with the service I experienced while I was here. I have always wondered about the science behind marijuana, & he took the time to explain everything to me & my friend. Not only was he extremely helpful, informative & educational, he gave me & my friend discounts in already very reasonably priced items! I have now named this my favorite vape store, & will definitely be back! Sadly, I did not get his name, but he is a joy to work with!!
