- Wanted to give this place 5 stars but the quality of the piece I bought was poor and the owner hasn’t followed up with me as he said he would. I only give 2 stars because of the individuals working there and their help! Additionally, the prices are decent. However… I bought a piece for $60 on June 24th and literally a week later it snapped while I was using it!! I attached a photo and you can see it cleanly broke where the separate pieces had been attached. I never pick up by the stem and this broke while hitting it. I called the shop and asked for either a refund/partial refund/discount towards a new piece and the owner told me he’d be willing to offer me a discount if I sent him a photo, as people are “disgeniune” and he never knows when someone “might be lying or trying to cheat him out of something”. He told me to text him and that he would follow up, letting me know when he would be there so I could come in and receive a discount. I texted the number he told me to text and didn’t receive a response, so I tried another number for the shop and still no response. Super disappointed because I def would have come back to buy another piece but knowing now they’re selling poor quality glass and aren’t willing to respond makes it not worth it, no matter how good the prices are.
