- I completely understand small businesses have normally one person in the store working at a time. But I believe in giving each customer the same amount or respect and information one might need. A lady answered and I asked for a certain item she says we sell all kinds so you’ll have to come in and see. I explained I lived 2 hours away. She said she had a few customers in the store I asked if I could just call back in a few to give her time to settle down. She said. I could wait if I wanted to. I had already planned to come to la today but to minden which is another 30 mins dive for me. Some one told me about this place. So I thought I’d try arranging something out with them. The store in minden I have been so so faithful to for over 6 years I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them and consider them family as they do me. They mail me things when I can’t get to them and everything but today I got in a bind and didn’t have time to wait on mail so I thought I’d try talking something out with these please here cause when I make a purchase I spend over 200$ every over 5 days. Any ways the lady got back on the phone and she said what do you need I said I have a few quest actually so do you have time for me to give you a small run down? She said no I don’t you’ll need to come in I already told her I’m 2 hours away I’m not gonna drive some where over two hour if one you don’t have it and two have all that I need. I guess that’s what I get for switching up on the family store back home so I will never give this place a penny there lose trust me! Not mine! If you can’t work multiple customers at a time you need to go home and find a new career. To me this lady is lose yall so so much business because I’m sure I’m not the only one!!!!
- Great staff and communication BUT I purchased the FOGER and they are not getting replacement flavors at ALL! So I had to buy another vaper SMOK and bottles of liquid to fill them and I don't like the flavors I purchased or the way the device works. No way is it what I want I love the Foger!! Please reorder the flavors. OWNERS !!!!

- Was in The area for work for a few days. Found out Arkansas banned kratom. SMH 🤦♂️ Found Sam’s in Louisiana. Looked To be a Nice shop. Good variety of merchandise from Vapes Kratom and CBD. The young lady working was very Helpful I didn’t catch her Name but she’s Absolutely Stunning.
- Mr. Pooh was amazing and welcoming. Shirley was absolutely amazing. This is by far my favorite vape shop. They may not always have everything I need, but they do everything they can to get what I need in. Love this shop.
