- Very disappointed. I bought a vape opened it right outside, the vape was broken. Came back to spoke with shop assistant, explained its broken its missing part in it. I show the shop assistant what part it’s broken. It all happened between 10 minutes. Shop assistant was very rude, didn’t even try to help or understand the situation. I asked for manager or contact to the manager. Didn’t get any information about. The only information I got was the information I might or might not catch the manager in 2/3 days just during 10am-12am what is ridiculous. I paid $45 for a broken vape and wasn’t even able to speak to anyone about it.
- I used to like this place but the last three times I’ve gone the store has had “be right back” message on it. Do you guys not have staff that work or actually show up to work? Lights are fully on but you’re always “away”. Terrible establishment.
- Sold me moldy fronto after I drove all the way from another state to go to this smoke shop then when I opened it outside the store and asked for a swap out they refused. Terrible products all moldy do not go here
- A nice edition to the block… it’s sister liquor store a few doors away won my business last year and it’s great to have a spot nearby to grab a couple of stogies for the roof deck nights. Staff was super helpful and they have a solid selection. Two thumbs up!
