What is also wicked awesome is the customer service! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. They answered all of my questions and made sure that I left with everything I needed to make my glass pieces perfect.. yes I said pieces 😂 it was so amazing I couldn’t just leave with 1! 💚 They have created a customer for life. - Had a great first & second time experience at this smoke shop! The place is very clean and well organized. They have a huuuge stock, you're guaranteed to find what youre looking for, and if not, the staff was very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful in pointing you to the right direction!!
- After walking out of there and sitting down eating lunch, somehow the piece that i had just purchased broke without me taking it out from the bubblewrap or anything. It hadn’t even been more than an hour. I went back in an hour later and the amazing woman whose name i wish i got was extremely helpful. Advocating for my case and was able to assist me in getting a replacement piece. The prices leave a bit to be desired but when you see a piece you like, you just gotta get it sometimes. Thank you to the people in the store and thank you to the woman with the piercing in her nose and the nice nails for helping me out! Will come back when I find myself in town again
- We were caught in a severe thunderstorm during a walking tour and Sarah was gracious enough to allow us to wait out the storm in the shop. They had a lot of cool things in there to check out. Looking forward to coming back again
