- Guy with a mask try to rob me on the cigars I thought of getting box for friend and asked the price the guy with a mask did a quick price and it popped up as 18 I asked for the whole box he is each is 25 and the price printed on the box is wrong totally try to manipulate and rob me I just skipped like a scalp goat double check the prices before you buy
- I normally get a the best service here but today whoever the guy is working was very rude. I asked him what was his name he asked does it matter. As I was leaving he started singing goodbye dont come back. As much money as I spend here every 2 days this took me by surprise and very unprofessional
- The cashier needs to be trained in VERY BASIC customer service. Such as: 1. Don't be blabbing on a personal phone call. Especially on speakerphone about paying a past due bill- who does that?! (Well besides the ignorant people that work here apparently…) 2. Ask the customer if you can help them, instead of standing like a lump behind the counter giving all your attention to your personal phone call. You are WORKING (supposedly) so your customers should come first. Imagine that. 3. Say THANK YOU to the customer after a purchase. I won't be coming back here until employees who don't know anything about how to be a polite cashier learn how to treat customers with basic respect that makes us WANT to come back. The clown who was working on Sat. 8/2/25 a little before 11 would be on notice to improve immediately if he was my employee, because he drove *this* customer away, and probably others too.
