- Came in to grab cigarettes and energy drink today. Was very stressed because of tough life situation, was slightly disoriented. Asked cashier where drinks were, got one, asked for L&M cigarettes. Presented to cashier my Green Card as ID, she couldn’t understand what was that. Then she couldn’t understand what cigarettes I wanted. Okay I got it, I’m foreigner and speak with accent. But the most ridiculous and pathetic thing was when she ran out after me on the streets to complain to my husband about my “rudeness”! What rudeness?! I haven’t said ANY rude word to her! Maybe I wasn’t speaking clear enough or wasn’t fast enough but that’s it. And going out to complain about customers to their friends or relatives is something BEYOND my understanding. I also work and earn money to spend at your store and I get THIS? I wish you to be fired. Service is horrible.
