- Loyal customer of about ten years, and NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN. Called about yet ANOTHER bad batch of tarblockers, to help the business as well as prevent upset customers. The manager was so mean to me, politely wished him a "good day" and hung up in tears. When you FAIL on quality control and customer service, AND a loyal customer tries to help, maybe don't be so rude. MAYBE when someone calls and reports it POLITELY, versus leaving a public review, take that opportunity to correct the mistake and prevent further occurrences. Could have been getting cases of the preferred product at seller's costs, but have always chosen to support local business.
- This tobacco place is always well stocked up on smoking products and well priced. They don't have it just ask an employee to get it and most likely they will have it in the back of the store. They also have cold brew in the fridge for you. Great store hours and a clean place.
