- Great selection of glass and accessories. Great location for walking. No air conditioning. It's clear the staff works on commission. I made it known I was only there for a pipe, but I was offered delta9 gummies and grow kits and $80 slides for my $30 glass. I said no. A lighter? Some papers? It's a great shop unless it's really hot out or you don't feel like saying "no, just the pipe" twelve times.
- Edit: I didn't leave my remark before but here it is, so it can be seen This location, I have been to multiple times for over a year. I have stopped going a few weeks ago because your staff have been absolutely nasty towards me and a friend. I have had experience where I saw a trans individual handing homeless people money out of the tip jar. I have had nasty looks and remarks from one female worker. And workers chatting and scrolling on their phones, getting an eye-roll and a sigh when I asked for them to grab me something from a case. My most recent time going, which made me not want to go again, the female worker that helped me out was being rude when I asked her how much the cones were behind the counter. Giving me a nasty look like I should have already known the prices. I'm very disappointed that the worker that I got to know over a year left and they brought in some rude people to take over. I never been to a retail smoke shop with people's customer service skills that are so awful that I just never wanted to go back. I have worked in retail for over 5 years and I have never treated nor been treated the way your staff do to customers. I don't usually leave bad reviews but this one has to be put here.
- The lady who helped me was very nice and helpful. I bought a three-pack of vape pods for my Novo 2 vape. She told me a high price that didn't fit and asked the manager about it. Came back with a much cheaper price. Thanks for that. Also, they manage to be calm and professional even when much of the clientele is probably addicted, mentally ill & certainly rambunctious
- I went here just for a cheap pipe as I flew in from out of state. I announced as I came in "I just need the cheapest pipe you have" and the girl at the counter started rapidly attempting to upsell me. Must be going out of business. She asked if I wanted to buy weed. I said, "I thought smoke shops couldn't sell weed" and she then tricked me into buying Delta-9 variant TFC and sold it to me as if it was THC (real weed). $50 for a quarter. Zero mention that it was "different" than regular weed. I wasn't able to open it in the store, which I immediately would have noticed it's terrible quality. I was already skeptical and disinterested, but she kept pushing. Finally as I'm checking out she's begging me to buy a 10mg drink for another discount. I only went in for a bowl now I got $50 worth of fake weed/hemp that was misrepresented to me on purpose, despite my loosely already knowing the rules. It was deceptive business practice. I went to an actual dispensary and showed them what I bought later that day, and they confirmed this was D9. Avoid this place unless you want to be lied to and ripped off. This is one of my first reviews ever, but I've never been so blatantly tricked into purchasing something before.
- feel bad for this shop with all the crazed homeless people running rampant inside and outside the shop. does portland allow homelessness like this all the time? had to step over a guy's legs on the sidewalk to get to the door. clientele inside made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe, same for my car parked out front. thanks and good luck but this is just nutso.
