- I hardly ever write reviews of establishments, nevermind negative ones, but my partner and I were treated so rudely by the woman at the checkout counter that I suddenly feel compelled. She demanded to see our IDs the moment we opened the door (we're both in our thirties) and when we asked a question, she continued to berate us for ID's faster than we could remove them from our pockets. Every sign on the door said that ID's were required at CHECK OUT, and that seemed to be true for every other of the five customers who walked in during this period, except for us. When we asked about whether they had a product and the answer was "no," we stood by the door to google other shops since it's frostbite weather and were stared down intently, uncomfortably, and creepily. Terrible experience; will not be returning, obviously. We went to Primo Glass after and they were really kind, only asked for ID at purchase and treated us like human beings; wild concept.
