- This was formerly one of my favorite smoke shops here in Lansing. That's been changing recently, as they haven't been keeping coils and tanks in stock that actually sell. Normally the customer service here is fantastic, even better than other smoke shops here in lansing, but tonight was a different story. Went in to get my typical z series coils, they were all out of them. Last time this happened, the very kind employee on staff dug through until he ended up finding the pack that I needed. Tonight was the exact opposite, a middle-aged man with gray hair who acted annoyed that I had even walked into the shop. He couldn't be bothered to double check if they had my coils or not. Worst customer experience I've had at this particular shop, and disappointed is an understatement.

- Answers the phone in a timely manner, the employee at the counter was very gentlemanly. Always has my favorite vape flavor in stock (Pineapple passion fruit!)
- Seems like a decent store, but my experience wasn't great. The staff member that I worked with seemed very 'out of it' and not very engaging. Then they started helping someone else in the middle of helping me, which was weird.
