- This place used to be all that, but I was terribly disappointed this time. The staff were nice but the one sales person there knew nothing about any of the product. They didn't have a good selection of small pipes, just a ton of them with faded stickers albeit what seems like good pricing at first. They sell accessories like scales, but not weights to buy for calibration. They have colored little plastic baggies in only one size that were laughably too small for much of anything. The only thing they had that I wanted was a pack of Raws. At that point, I was impressed they had them at all. Never going back, because why would I?
- Horrible place they don’t have price tags on thier vape products I swear anytime i come into the store they always changing prices it’s never consistent! At this point take yourself to royal tobacco if you want a vape!!!!
- Bad customer service, called about price matching the actual puffco website for 3dxl they have at 125$ when puffco sales it for 99$. Guy was smart mouthed and dismissive. “If you can get it elsewhere for that price then good for you bro” get better people.
- Super cool smoke shop with basically everything you could want or need. Tons of accessories in this multiple room monstrosity of a head shop. Super friendly and helpful ppl behind the counter assisted me when I needed it and held back when I was just browsing. Heard from some of them that there is more cool stuff to come! Highly recommend 😉
- If you haven’t visited in a while you should swing by for another visit. Got my normal smoking tools upstairs, then some great clothes downstairs. Not to mention the staff is amazing.
