- 9/9 Update***The new Arab man working here is also rude, so I would just recommend going to Speedy Tobacco over this place. The last cigars I bought from here were dry and broken. Here is a picture of $6 wasted, will have to do a patchwork project
- ⭐☆☆☆☆ I used to really like The Loon Smoke Shop — the customer service was always great in the past. But my most recent experience was very disappointing. I don’t know who the New Arab guy is (owner or not), but the way he treats customers is unacceptable. I went in to buy Wild Hemp raps, which are clearly marked 99 cents on the package and sold for that price at every other smoke shop. Here, I was told they were $2. When I politely pointed out that they should be a dollar, his response was, “Go get them somewhere else then.” That is not how you treat loyal customers, especially when many of us — including Black customers who have supported this business from the start — have been the backbone of keeping it running. Respect for customers and fair pricing should be the standard. If that’s not the case here anymore, then I’ll gladly take my money elsewhere.
