- Really wish I could give this place negative stars. We have done business here for years and all of sudden they are taking payments off our debit card when we have been nowhere near there. We called and we're told it was a mistake by a new employee and they would fix it the next day. That was Thursday…today is Sunday and still nothing so I called back. I'm supposed to call my bank and tell them to remove the overdraft fees from this. Are you kidding me? This has over drafted our account so anything paid with our debit card is now up for being considered issuance of a worthless check with more charges. I asked for a main number to call…they tell me there isn't one. This is not problems we need right now! Very rude people trying to fix this just telling me to call the bank and tell them to remove the overdraft fees…yep I'm sure my bank is gonna do that.
