- When I walked in the door I was greeted by Kylee. And she was happy to see me even though we'd never met. And I thought that was just awesome. And I had a few questions because I couldn't remember the name exactly of what I was looking for and I. Barely described it like if I was a four-year-old describing something. And she knew exactly what I was talking about. And it literally blew my mind to the point. They had to call in a clean up service to clean my brains off the wall.
- So, I Googled vape shops in Belton and randomly chose this one. Boy am I glad I did! The young lady (Dawn) who helped me out was extremely nice and made me feel very welcomed. The prices on the items I went there for weren't super discounted or anything but were fair and comparable to other places I've been. She said the shop has only been there for a couple weeks and here's hoping for many years of success and lucrative business. With customer service like that, I think they're well on their way!
- First experience, lady at the front desk was super sweet, helped me look at a few things and found what I wanted, I went to ask MIKE THE GENERAL MANAGER if there was wiggle room and he was mad and said it was already marked down 20 percent, so I asked if there was any room for negotiation and he started to get louder and louder following me to the station as I tried to just check out the items the lady helped me with, 0-10 never have I ever would have spoken to a first time customer yet alone talk with aggressive tone following them down there back, god bless
