- Came in looking for guidance on getting set up with a hookah. Ended up being sold a cheap $35 hookah kit for $80. Feeling dumb for not googling the brand in store before buying but god forbid I relied on the store to be honest. Nope, they saw someone looking for help and thought “Perfect! I can easily take advantage of this customer.” Safe to say I will not be a customer again. I will drive to literally anywhere else. DO NOT come here unless you want to get ripped off. I am stunned to see a 4.9 rating.
- I randomly stopped in one day to see if they had the kratom brand I use, because my normal shop had told me it was getting harder to get and they were out.. I stopped in here and they only had the small bottle and I spoke to the man about the size a bottle I need, He ensured me to give him a week and he would have that size bottle in. I just left the store and sure enough he had what I asked for!! Superior customer service! Will tell all my friends about this place. Thanks again!
- They have OK stuff the staff doesn’t care at all and everything is way overpriced. Google kratom blue springs and you will find a much better place for that and 7th heaven is better for glass etc the only reason anyone should go there is if it’s the only place open
- I used to come here all the time because the selection is good, prices were decent, and the staff were great. I'm not sure what changed, but I recently bought a disposable from here. I took a few puffs that night, and then forgot it in my car overnight. The temperature didn't get past 75 degrees. I called and asked for a replacement because it stopped working. They told me they'd give me a replacement, but that it was my fault for leaving it in the car. Vape coils usually heat to between 350-400 degrees. Not sure how 75 degrees could hurt it. They also initially told me that they didn't carry the brand that I had bought from them less than 24 hours prior. Went in to get a replacement, and the person behind the counter talked to me like I was stupid, and very clearly could not have cared less. I said I'd like to upgrade to a different one and pay the difference, but she said I couldn't get the full cost of the first one as credit, so I settled on a different flavor of the same kind, thinking maybe it was just a bad batch or something. The replacement just died after less than 12 hours. Now, I know they don't MAKE the vapes here, but I paid $15 for a vape that didn't even last a half day, and which claimed to have 3,000 puffs. At the gas station across town, I can pay $25 for a 20,000 puff vape. 2 for $40. Midnight's prices are pretty high, honestly, but they would sometimes give me 15% off for buying two, which was still higher than other places, but the selection was worth it. That's not the case any more.
