- Started shopping here 3 weeks ago and thought I found a great store that carried some products that I had been going to 2 different stores for in the past. Not only am I a smoker but my grandmother is as well and I am her caretaker and the one that takes care of errands like this for her. I went to pay using her card, which I had used at least 2 other times before there, and now they wanted to see my ID and would not sell to me because it was not my card! I get being safe and all but I have the same last name! These guys clearly don't realize that it is a very common thing for people to use family member/spouses cards all the time! It's there loss though as I spend at least $250 a week at those kind of stores and literally drove across the street and had no issues so they now have my business instead!!! EDIT-After reading other reviews of people with the same complaints the owner responded saying it is a Missouri law. Yeah it is not…
- The girl who's name is Shivani (not sure if that's totally accurate or spelled correctly) is an angel in human form. She's so sweet and and helpful and is truly a genuine person. I wish more people were like her. She treats everyone with respect and kindness and it's always a pleasure talking to her when I come in. If the owner sees this message, please relay this to her and I think she deserves a raise or something nice at the very least to show how much she is appreciated and valued. If everybody in customer service had even half the heart she has, this would would be such a better and more beautiful place.
