- Only one in store and I was using my Plasma Card and I had forgot my pin and this lady working behind the counter gave off bad energy. My friends dog was growling at her and she gave me a bad attitude because I was having trouble remembering my pin. IT COULD ONKY BE ONE OF 3 I USE. MIND U THERES NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE, SHE HAD THE WORSE ATTITUDE ABOUT IT. THEN SAID IF I MESSED UP THE PIN AGAIN IT WOULD LOCK MY CARD. SHE THEN SAID HER COMPUTER LOCKED HER OUT AND WAS RIDE ABOUT IT. SO WE LEFT UO THE STREET AND USED THE CARD AND BOUGHT THE CIGERETTES FROM KUM & GO. I KNOW ITS NOT THE OWNERS FAULT THERE EMPLOYEE HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHY I GAVE A 2 STAR RATING. IF I WOULD HAVE NOT GOT HER SNEED COMMENTS OR ATTITUDE, I WOULD HAVE LOOKED AROUND MORE BECAUSE THEY DID SEEM TO HAVE A BIG SELECTION OF COOL PRODUCTS. MAYBE IF I GET BETTER SERVICE WITHOUT THE BAD ENERGY I WOULD RATE A 3 TO 4 JUST BECUASE THEY HAS BIG SELECTION OF PRODUCTS.
- I didn't even go into the store just called and had a couple questions (comparing prices and whatnot) the lady I talked to was very rude no customer service whatsoever. Idk if their in store customer service is better than on the phone but I sure hope so that was absolutely terrible.
- Great shop! They are the only local place that sells my preferred smoke. The people behind the counter are always friendly and fast. It's a little bit of a drive from downtown but I don't mind. The prices are great, they always have my smokes in stock and the people are really nice!
