- Bought some chcaol a few days ago to burn my frankincense at the house, I finish my lighter trying to get them lit, I was very disappointed as I was told that it was their best selling and buring chcaol, I weny back to the store with my lighter, my frankincense burner and the chacol to explain to the staff there what the situation was I tried lighting the product infront of them and they saw it could not even burn, they both looked at my like " what do you want us to do and then suggested I could buy another kind if I wanted… lol I kindly said no thanks and toss the chacol in the trash outside and decided to leave this review all because I was really disappointed In how they even handled the situation, I don't like leaving bad reviews cause am in sale as well and I don't do business like that, I want my customer to always come so going and both and beyond to ensure great satisfaction for the people that purchase your product from your business should feel prioritized.. it was only $7 but this location Will NEVER GET A CENT OF MINE EVER AGAIN….
