- Always a delight coming in here. I usually have the pleasure of speaking with Joe most of the time I'm in there, but on occasion I am helped by the owner or another gentleman (their names escape me though). However, both are also very nice. If it's your first time going to a smoke shop and maybe you're feeling a bit intimidated, they'll take care of you, answer all your questions, and share their knowledge with you. I go for my smoking needs but stay for the friendly customer service and conversation. I've been there countless times and very rarely do I have an issue with a product they've sold me, but the 1 or 2 times I did have an issue, they immediately made it right with either a replacement or store credit (which I immediately used 😂). This is an excellent small, local business and I'll continue to support them!
- I had a great experience there. Not as great as I’m having now but I was pleased. At first I was overwhelmed like a kid in a candy factory but the manager, Joe was extremely helpful. I might even call him a smoke nerd. It is a good thing because I needed that. I needed some glass for some moonrocks I got and Joe was extremely helpful even explained ergonomics of certain gear. Which is good since I can break something without touching it. Overall a fine experience and will come on back. My only criticism is the no mask policy because of my COVID phobias. I got comfortable with that in no time. I see the owner is in Vegas showing off some glass and I hope they bring it on home because I really really want one of those.

Always up to date with new merch and products that I don't see in other places unless you purchase them from the manufacturers website. Frank (the owner) always has alot of positive energy when you come in to his store, always welcoming and ready to have any conversation about what he has displayed and can also clear out any confusing questions you may have. His staff is also really great! On my last visit Jenna showed amazing customer service by juggling multiple customers at once yet never losing focus and got me in and out the store super satisfied! Oh yeah and the prices are amazing! Will be back for many many years to come! Personally my favorite store now!

Frank, the owner, is well versed in all his products and will happily spend as much time as he needs to with you to answer all your questions. His staff is also very well trained by Frank himself 👍🏼 I go here for all my CBD needs and I love the products he carries. All superior quality at very competitive prices.
