- Oct 3rd was my first time coming to this place as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Eliah and Joseph. They both helped me with my selections they were really awesome to me . I truly had a great time with them. I will be letting everyone I know to come to ABQ Top Market n Smoke shop for there needs . It's a great place to visit .
- I came in looking for a specific product and asked for some help. Unfortunately, the person assisting me didn’t seem very interested in helping. When I asked which brands were popular, he simply listed all of them, which left me even more confused. I mentioned I was looking for something around the $25 range, and he pointed to a product that was supposedly around $24 before tax. However, when I went to pay, it rang up to about $32 — which felt misleading. He had me try the product in-store even though I was clearly unsure about it. He also failed to mention that once I left the store, I wouldn’t be eligible for a refund. I had an appointment and was running late, so I made the purchase just to get going. Less than 15 minutes later, I returned (product unused) hoping to exchange it for something that might suit my needs better. At that point, he seemed irritated and informed me that refunds or exchanges weren't allowed, something he never mentioned before I left. I feel like I wasted money on something I didn’t want, couldn’t return, and ended up throwing away. This store used to be great, but the newer staff don’t seem knowledgeable or customer-focused. I left feeling like they cared more about making a quick sale than helping me find the right product. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here — transparency and customer service are seriously lacking
