- I'll never visit again. Your worker couldn't even assist me in calling the police for me when I needed help in ABQ. There's bums there at night that are violent. It also smells like human fieces outside. A homeless man helped me out more. You have great products but a rude staff. Also, they are overpriced on multiple products.
- Rude as hell. My husband called to ask if they carried king cones the guy said “No.” And hung up on him. He also sold him a broken torch and said no refunds. Sh itty service all around. definitely gone down hill
- They shut down the lounge. You can't sit there and smoke hookah at a table with your buddies anymore. Otherwise I would have made this my place to smoke and play games with my friends and meet people. Ill change my review when they open up the seating area again
