• This place is Probably the best dispensary I've ever gone to. They have the biggest selection of.. Everything. And when I say everything, I do mean E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G!! I’ve never seen so much stuff crammed in such a small space and all my life and so well organized and clean and Such a great vibe both the girls that were working there were Happy and smiling greeted everyone as they came in the door and took care of each customer one by one and everybody patiently waiting. LauraLynn Took care of me and I asked for vapes she recommended a buy two get one for a penny by dime (I took one hit of the freaking sativa cantaloupe dream and oh my God) And I also got a half ounce of Hella jelly in a nice little discount and a couple freebies since it was my first time in, but I will definitely be back anytime I come through Side of the country and you should come through too if you are ever in Gallup, New Mexico trust me You will not be disappointed
• COUNTERFEIT/FAKE PRODUCTS!! BE AWARE! With so few smoke shops in Gallup, variety and trust is hard to come by. I have always known Duke City Smoke shop has sold fake/counterfeit products trying to make an extra dollar, NEVER could’ve thought Lava is too with how great the environment and staff is.. Makes you wonder, if they’re selling JUST 1 thing that’s fake/counterfeit.. Bought these honey packs 4/5 months apart. The one on the top I purchased in April is REAL. The one on the bottom I bought just recently is FAKE. Take a look for yourself and just count up the differences. 1.)Different color packaging, 2.)different placement of everything (bee, font, labels, barcode), 3.)different color bees, 4.)different size lettering/font all over package, 5.)different color honeycomb/title, 6.)Top real one DOESN'T have any expiration dates, 7.)On the back it’s even worse. Barcodes should definitely be the same. Scanning code on the fake one. None whatsoever on the real one. Again just look at all the font and labels on the back. So noticeable. 8.)not to mention completely different taste, different smell, and has no effect whatsoever. When you end up spending your own hard earned money only to find out what you’re paying for is fake/counterfeit, feels like you’re being violated.. To owner after review: how can you say, i take too much but you want me to come back in and buy more? $$$ You can say you have legit products from legit companies, but that doesn’t prove yourself nor explain AT ALL HOW THE SAME PRODUCT I BUY 4/5 MONTHS APART ARE PACKAGED AND LABELED COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. NOT ONLY PACKAGED DIFFERENT BUT COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TASTES, SMELL, AND LOOKS???!!! Idk how you can tell me those things with a straight face and not look at the pictures and think, woah those aren’t the same at all. If you go buy any packaged product, they should all be identical or pretty darn close to it, which is why I kept the one I used 4 months ago to try and prove it’s real bc smoke shops and gas stations are notorious for selling these fake. I can understand a misprint here or there but these packages are completely different with different colors, fonts, even the barcodes are different. And I’m not getting into the taste and effect. I just want to get the word out and people can make their mind up from there.
• Best dispensary in Gallup! Great customer service and awesome bud tenders. The prices are the best around and I always get a good deal for my money. They have such a wide variety of products for both tobacco and weed. It's definitely a one-stop shop. I recommend this place to all my folks! The only slight downside is that there is a line sometimes but that's because it is so great everyone goes there! And Laura Lynn and Cat are the best!!
• My husband and I have been going to Lava Smoke since we moved here almost two years ago now. The customer service, quality of products and prices simply cannot be beat. Very friendly relaxed vibe every time we go in! Everyone is very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind! Ahmed, Aubani, KAT, AND LAURA are absolutely incredible and have become like family to both my husband and myself. If you're looking for great quality at cannot be beat prices and just all around amazing people? This is the spot!! Stop on in and enjoy!!
