- I LOVE this place Lucky is knowledgeable and professional adding top notch customer service to an otherwise ordinary smoke shop. Although the selection is out of this world. I only had a few bad experiences when the white guy who works days has helped me. He is rude and unprofessional. So I just don’t go there when he is there, which means they lose business because I go somewhere else if he is working.
