- Hands down the worst vape shop in Clark County. The selection for vape juices absolutely SUCK. And the decent ones that obviously sell more they NEVER have it in stock. Wouldn't you order more in anticipation of this CONSTANT issue? Then, they want to mark up some juices $10+ compared to literally anywhere else. I came here for the convenience but now I will not be returning. Also I'll be directing people away from here. I'm not the only person with this issue. It's a waste of time to even drive down there. Either they won't have what you need or it's way overpriced. Vapor Rage and especially Vape Street are substantially better places to shop. Don't waste your money here.
- If you're looking for customer service, dont go here. I was waiting my turn for help, and someone walked in after me and was served before me, because the worker didn't see me…and said it was my job to tell them …i dont work here….you do… then gets upset that I called out the poor job of recognizing me in the first place. Then didn't help me at all, for it was time to go home….been going here for a while and will take my money elsewhere. No sorry or any words from the person who did sell to me, cause he didn't help either….
- Came in and was looking for a specific coils for my vape. I was surprised because when one of the staff look at my vape. He cussed me out and said " throw that vape away it's old. We don't carry that kind anymore" very disappointed and unprofessional.
- Okay so I've been looking for a vape shop that carries anything along the lines of rebuildable stuff for 2 years now and I finally found this shop and I went there last night and they actually had the dead rabbit which I've been looking for forever and the guy working Tino like I don't know what else to say besides it was the best customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life he was the best she showed me how to build it everything he was so beyond helpful and I'm so grateful for him working there He's beyond awesome thank you guys so much like I wish I lived closer so I can come in there everyday thank you and for anybody reading this there is no other vape shop in Vegas to go to besides here Fair prices stuff that you're not going to find anywhere else in the best help you'll ever find. Edit: okay I just saw the thing saying asking if this place was LGBT friendly and if it was a trans safe place and I had to add this I'm trans and I have never been treated more like just any other person in my life except with such great help it was just like I can't even put it into words after being discriminated so much my entire life and then having somebody just give me such amazing service and not care at all that I was trans it was amazing like seriously Tino thank you so much you really made like my year probably because I'm so sick of being treated differently in you are so awesome so thank you so much.
- I've usually had very good experiences here. However, yesterday I stopped in for juice and a coil and when I got around to changing it, I was practically choked by my new juice. Well turns out it's over 2 years old (juice lasts 1, maybe 2 years with high quality ingredients) and very much tastes expired. Like I first stated, I do enjoy going to this shop and seldom have a problem. However, any time I get juice that comes in a box I tend to have this outcome.
