- We came in to buy a spray and were browsing for a carb cap. The spray was clearly marked $10 and the carb caps were marked $4.99. The older female employee assisting us had an attitude from the start and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her, so we stopped browsing. When we pointed out a glass carb cap we wanted, she dropped it inside the display case. We asked for a different one, and she removed the tray of carb caps and placed it down hard on the counter. After we chose another cap, she removed the $4.99 price sticker and rang us up without telling us the price had changed, charging us $27 total. We purchased the item believing it was still $4.99 as marked. The spray was priced correctly, but the carb cap was not. Between the poor customer service and being charged without our knowledge, we will not be returning. We do not appreciate being treated rudely or misled.
- The older guy is the WORST. Ignores you while on his phone, then sighs and is clearly irritated to be helping you. I had cash in hand and he yelled at me for the next few minutes saying HE makes the prices NOT me. I do NOT tell him how much things are. What? Sir, YOUR sign for the past few months has said 2 for $40. YOUR sign. I did not MAKE UP a price. Told him I'd go somewhere else and would not be back and he cussed me out as I was walking out. What an INSANE experience. DO NOT give this guy your money. ALSO…THEIR FLUM VAPES ARE FAKE. Do not taste the same, have different wrapping, different charge color. 100% they are selling FAKE vapes. So, not only do they hate their customers, they do not care at all about the quality of what they sell. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
- Been to all the smoke shops in town, this place is the best. Has a great selection, great people, great deals, awesome service.
- AVOID THIS PLACE. Went there one time and used my debit/credit card in August 2025. Just got bank statement with four charges in one day from this place adding up to $200.00 I didn't charge.
