- I love it here! The workers are always friendly and very helpful. Smiling faces and friendly conversations. Their products are top tier and the prices are affordable. They even have a point system all they need is your cellphone number and you earn points to receive a free product. Have your phone with you when you made enough point for your free product, they send you a code that need to be read back to them. The Den is always clean and well organized. I been going here for a little over 2 years and never had a bad experience.

- Today when I went in to purchase juice for my vape, I was unsure what flavor I wanted. I have shopped there before ( my number is in the system to gain points) and had great service. Today when looking I was wondering if there were new flavors. When I asked about the flavors I was told “well there isn’t flavors that are by themselves they are mixed with other flavors”( since I like certain flavors alone that are Iced) seeming annoyed by the questions I was asking…was told rudely and with an attitude”ugh I’ll just let you look around” fine, but when I asked checking out about the coil price she again had an attitude because I was asking if the price was for singular coils added up or if there was a different price due to buying all 5 (5 @ 5.95= 29.95)at 1 time as a complete box ( if it was cheaper as I’m buying all 5 as a set) She then had an attitude and seemed to not understand what I was asking, again had an attitude. She didn’t hand me my receipt and didn’t include it with my stuff until I asked for my receipt. I then explained to her that I didn’t appreciate the rude service I got, and she was even more rude. When I asked for her name she wouldn’t give me her name but asked my name instead. From the get go I seemed to of burdened her being a customer and her having to get off her phone. 53.85 for 1 box of coils and a bottle of juice.

They also have a variety of candles & incense. Not to mention the customer service is always great & the atmosphere of the shop itself is always quiet, calm & clean.
