- Went in there and the Guy was holding his phone the entire time. Geez, am I bothering you? Didn't have a tank that I needed then seemed like he guessed at a price of a vape juice. $20 a bottle! I get it at my regular shop for $13. I asked is that for 1 bottle?! Terrible service. Very unfriendly.

- I came in here and bought a carton and 2 vapes. The vapes were the only tobacco flavored they had and so I got them but when I went back to work across the street I opened one and it had exploded oil all over the inside. I immediately went back (it had been 5 minutes total) and asked for a refund as one was broken and I didn’t even want to attempt with the other. They were a completely different vape than I usually get so I did not even want to try the other one. They don’t do refunds only exchanges. Keep in mind I had been in 5 minutes before and had paid $165 cash there. The fact that they wouldn’t do a refund for even 1 of them (completely unopened) is ridiculous. Now if I had been hours or even a week later sure but 5 minutes? Absolutely ridiculous. I spent $47 on the vapes alone and all I wanted was a refund on the unopened one. Nope, I won’t be returning there. I knew I should’ve just stuck with my usual smoke shop. To be clear I don’t usually leave reviews but the lack of customer service was shocking. 5 minutes and it was cash so there wouldn’t have been any bank fees or button clicking. I’ve learned my lesson. Also their tobacco flavored vape section is pitiful.
