- The guy with the beard customer service is really on fleek aint it, ive been at the store two times in two days yo but the same product i got charged 8 more dollars the same day and his inly answer was i inly have one code sounding like a dum dum ignoring the fact that im always there buying butane but yet he act like he hates his job. - I've been going to vape street for approxmately 3-4 years. They were knowledgeable and helpful. However, I've been noticing many of the workers have gone and there are newer workers there. I went there today and I needed some new coils. He gave me what I needed. I had some extra coils that Ive purchased at vape street awhile ago. I asked him what vape used these coils. He said, "Oh, I don't know". That really was upsetting and aggravating. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
- Horrible customer service by this guy. First of all he had to massage the cigar packs to make sure they weren’t stale. His own words. Second his tone was rude as if it was a burden serving me. This was on a weekday and he claimed it was his store when I asked for the manager. I would never go here again and I hope you don’t either.
- Best vape store in all of Henderson, maybe Las Vegas. Prices, selection and most importantly customer service and they exceed every single that that is important to me by ten fold. Something breaks they replace. Vape street is the only shop I’ve been to where they are completely honest about everything. They replace stuff if you don’t like it. Like I said before, Vape Street is the cheapest, they don’t try to upsell you. They just want to help out the customer in any way possible. 99% the time when the customer is leaving they’re smiling ear to ear. Everyone, the whole staff should get a raise. 👍🤞🏻 Love this place
