  • 02/04/26 – Update… well my second visit was not the same at all. The employee was helping someone when I walked in & another customer was waiting. Someome walked in after me while I was waiting. When your employee finished helping the first person, he looked at me and I told him the other customer was first… so what did he do, he helped the other customer who walked in after me. So I left. Seriously rude and of course that customer didn't say anything. Sad to say if you can't keep track of your customers you don't keep them. Such a bummer I thought I found my new vape place. Guess I'll stick with the crap you can find at any liquor store! So rock, paper, scissors… I'm out. 01/09/26 – Great place, friendly staff & customer service!
  • We ask for great Customer service; they honestly service the customer. I was visiting Vegas and needed another vape. I knew what I wanted wanted to get it and get out. But instead I was asked why did I need another vape. Once I explained; it was then explained to me why I didn't need that same type. Now why would anybody talk themselves or if a pricey sale. Because of quality and customer relations. And that's why they're getting 5 stars after I went to the other stores before them
  • I needed a new tank because the coils from my own tank are mo longer being made. I was sold the RTA version of the tank and a pack or coils. The coils can not work with the RTA and I tried twice to figure out how to build the RTA. The RTA caught on fire. Yes I did prime the wick and filled the tank. The wattage was under 50 for a 0 2 coil. I returned the tank and coils. Told no refunds. Not even as an in house credit. Sad that they gave me the wrong device and won't swap it out for the proper device. They offered me a 10% discount wich only added insult to injury. Filing charge back for the purchase.
  • Edit: 12/16/24 they use thicker bottles and tips now. Much nicer. I was sold a broken bottle. I use a dripper, so you can imagine my surprise when I tip the bottle to drip, and the nozzle pops right off and soaked my hand, vape and clothes with juice. This is what I would call unacceptable. Decent quality ejuice, bad quality bottling. Check your bottle BEFORE you leave, not after. R.I.P my pants. Stained too soon.
  • Worst Customer service in Las Vegas! I called the store after the vape mod I purchased 24 hours earlier spilled all in my pocket. The cap had come loose and by the time i discovered it. It was lost. It Was not in my pocket. I called the store and explained the issue. After waiting nearly 10 minutes on the phone. After saying they would call the manager they returned to the line to tell me their manager would be in after 4pm. My wife was the one to go in to exchange it. Simple enough right? No. They repeatedly told her that what she was saying wasn't true. The manager who she was there to see refused to speak with her. Your staff is rude. I coughed up the dough for a new one because of terrible customet service. "The customer is ALWAYS right." Will never shop here again. Very dissappointed and dissatisfied with the experience.
