  • I used to really love this place, the lady who I normally interact with is very pleasant and helpful, and when my friend wanted a new tapestry I suggested we go there even though it's kind of far from us. This was on August 31st and Sept. 1st and the guy working those days was generally unhelpful with our questions about products and flat out rude the second day when we came back. After spending around 120 dollars on items there, we opened the vape and the light was coming on but it was not hitting. We tried charging it for over 2 hours, still nothing. No big deal I thought, we will just go back tomorrow and exchange it. We came back the next day and politely asked for an exchange or refund, and he said best he could do was 20 percent off if I wanted to buy another one. I'm not going to pay over 30 dollars total just to maybe have 1 working vape. I asked how he knew they all weren't broken already like ours was, so he opened a brand new one off the shelf and guess what, it was broken with the exact same problem! I'm glad I didn't take him up on his 20 percent off offer because I would've had 2 dead vapes. At this point I think it's reasonable for any employee to give a refund after the first one you pull off the shelf isn't working, but instead he opens another one, this time choosing a different flavor than the one we were having problems with, and it happens to work. He then tries shifting the blame on me saying it's my fault that he now couldn't sell the 1 working vape he opened, which wasn't even the same flavor as the one we purchased.. I could tell he was getting angry too because he was constantly interrupting and speaking over me after this happened. He also tried blaming me for not asking for a receipt because it says no refunds on it? No accountability whatsoever. Any product you sell where only 1 out of 3 work and you won't refund is not a good look, but this guy just kept doubling down on it being our fault that he opened 1 working one out of 3 and now he couldn't sell it! I get that you don't do refunds or exchanges, but you also don't have to be rude about it and try to escalate things because you ended up just making yourself look silly. Unfortunately, they lost a loyal customer that day and the friend I was with said she's never coming back after the way he spoke to us. It's a shame too because I've had nothing but great experiences when the lady was working. Even though this store is much further away from me than other smoke shops, I would go there because she was so nice.
