- I purchased 2 boxes of incense from this store without smelling then first because the boxes were taped shut. I got in my car as I continued to wait for my pizza that I purchased a few doors down from The smoke shop and opened The boxes to smell The incense. Well, they smelled like nothing! I went back inside The store to tell The man at The register and he said there was nothing he could do since I opened the boxes. What is that all about? Should I have broken the tape on The boxes before I purchased them? The incense end up dry and not smelling like green Apple or cherry as I expected. They kinda smell like cigarette smoke when burning them. A few of the sticks were small and floppy. I got the shirt end of the stick with this store. I will never go back because he could have let me exchange those worthless incense for useful ones.

If you want to go to a way better smoke shop go to Carlito's way any location, smokers , smokers 1 ,smokers 2 , smokers 3 and gold rush it's a 24 hour smoke shop. This nellis smoke shop is over priced and they are very unprofessional and they change the prices every other day seems like every time I go in there the prices is going up.
- Cam in for some cartons and a coil, when I first walked in I asked the lady how much the incents were in a box and she ignored me, I figured ok whatever but then as I was browsing the guy asked me if I needed help I said yes and asked him about the coils he completely walked away to the register but the lady was already there so they both ignored me for the longest finally there was one customer left so I asked if now I could get some help I had a few items in my hand and the lady says well you were just looking… But I was standing at the register for the past 7min… Idk very rude so I just went to the liquor store down the street by the taco bell the people there are really nice and the prices are good
- I purchased a new vape at this location. When they gave it to me I noticed it was opened. After I got home and inspected it I was apparent it was missing the suction cup that the manual and box says come with it. I used it the next day after I charged it 4 hours that night per the instructions. It worked the next day for about 4 hours. I charged it again and it didn't hold any charge. I took it back and had decided that I wanted my money back so I could just purchase a more expensive version. The lady at the store told me that I could not return it because I had used it… How would I know if it worked or not? Anyway she replaced the battery with a nicer one, thank you. That night I charged it 4 hours again and low and behold it didn't charge. It had to be the charging base. I tested it with another charging base and it didn't work. The next day I brought it back again. The worker said he couldn't replace it because the owner doesn't allow him and that he didn't care if I posted a bad review. I use public transportation. At this point I had sunk 15$ into a 30$ vape. I still have to try and take it back again. Not a very good experience. If you like wasting your time, money and mind this is the pace for you.
