- This place used to be good. Always referred friends and now the dude with the beard is super rude and their prices are terrible. Definitely worth driving 10 more minutes to a better shop. I went to buy a disposable tank which are usually 2 for $10 anywhere else. The price tag said $17 and I was there so I was gonna do it. He grabbed the box and took one out and said it was $17. Crazy!! I said nevermind and the dude got mad. Gave them another chance yesterday and still super rude, the product I got was $30 even though 2 months ago it was always $20 like many other stores.
- Regular customer, very good customer service. Love everything about this place.
- *update* (10/8/2025) It’s sad how much more downhill these guys have gone, especially the main cashier, the Indian gentleman with the rat tail on his beard, came in again after not going here for a few months and taking my business elsewhere. I figured maybe they were having a bad day or this cashier in particular just had an off day when I came in last. It was even worse this time. Immediately greeted extremely disrespectfully and when asking about discount for buying in bulk, as they used to do and anywhere else in this city I’ll do because of the competitive and saturated market of smoke shops, and he immediately said “no we don’t do any discounts anymore for anymore”. Mind you, I have spent hundreds and thousands of dollars here over the years and this is how I was greeted. Wouldn’t even check with the owner to see if there’s exceptions or anything, just extremely rude and cold. It’s sad that these guys don’t realize that not only do they have the highest prices in the city (even higher than the strip) but on top of it they have the worst and most disrespectful customer service. You build and keep regulars by making them feel valued and respected. Yet again, the kid at the counter with the bad attitude ruined an experience and helped me confirm I’ll never come back here again, even when it’s the closest to me. Even worse, is the owner is greedy and doesn’t care about his regulars and won’t even respond to this or try and make it right. Do better Red Rock, there’s way too much competition in this city to blow off the service side of this business. These guys used to be great, I’ve literally spent thousands of dollars with them over the years. But over the past year they’ve fallen off hard and their customer service is horrible. They consistently charge me over $10+ more for the same products that I get 3 other stores for significantly cheaper, and I know the markups/margins. They guy who’s always there, the short guy with the braided beard hair is consistently rude and literally tried to rip me off while the owner was right there but when the owner recognized me he told the employee to adjust the price immediately. Seems like this guy is advantageous and greedy with others when the owner isn’t around. Sucks because this was conveniently located near me, now I’m happy to go 8 more minutes out of my way for people who remember my name, and look out for value and keeping me and their customers happy. These greedy smoke shop owners need to check themselves, too much competition around.
- I live right behind this store so I have shopped here for many years. However, I bought a product last week for $108 plus tax and yesterday I looked up the brand of the product I bought. Had I purchased the same product straight from the maker website I would have only paid $46. That is total BS. I feel Totally ripped off and I will not ever go Into That store again. And I will make my spouse also never go in there again. We were multiple times a week in that place between us. Not any more. It is overpriced more than any place else. Even cigerettes are more expensive here than any gas station or grocery store by $1.50. For my brand anyway. Save yourself money go somewhere else.
- always great service. very nice people here. big selection. come by!
